what is included?

TRANSPORTATION  

Transportation will be provided within Park City to all local activities.  Transportation to get to Utah, and to and from the airport is not included. It is recommended to take an Uber or Lyft from the airport, which should cost about $40 and take about 40 minutes.  

MEALS

Breakfast - We encourage you to eat lite before morning yoga.  this lite breakfast will be self serve and the house will be stocked with coffee/tea, fruit, granola and other items you may requst ahead of time.

Lunch -  Five days of chef prepared brunch/lunch after yoga.  

Dinner - Three chef prepared dinners on site, one group dinner in historic old town, and one picnic dinner at a summer concert.

The basis for our chef prepared meals will be heathy, nourishing, plant based meals, with options for various additions and dietary requirements.  You may indicate your preferences on your registration.

The few remaining meals will be on your own as you are out exploring Park City or you may bring food into the house.  We are here to provide you with any assistance you need in making great choices.

BEVERAGES

Alcoholic beverages are not included with the price of the retreat, but you may purchase alcohol, and place purchase requests with us for drinks to have at the house.

 

what ACTIVITIES are available?

Please see the activities page for included activities.  The remaining activities are extra, and we will work with the group to coordinate all activities and services

Where will the yoga sessions take place?

Classes are held in a private home studio that is separate from the guest accommodations.  The homes are about one mile apart. Transportation will be provided, or you will have the option to walk a beautiful trail to get to class.

may i come without a roommate?

For our three main bedrooms, we encourage you to come with a roommate as you will be sharing a king size bed.  If you would like to come on our own, we recommend sharing within the triple.  

do i need to be good at yoga to come?

Yoga is for everyone and is about significantly more than being flexible, agile and strong.  It is an opportunity for movement, self awareness, and connection.  The yoga style that is taught can be very physical, but this is a small group and Elisa can make the class work for all levels with various options within each practice.

tell me more about Elisa and the style of yoga

Elisa previously lived in Princeton, New Jersey and fell in love with the YogaStream style of yoga taught by Lara Heimann.  She has studied formally with Lara for more than 325 hours, and additionally attended many of Lara's classes and retreats.  Elisa is also influenced by Alexindria Crow, Forrest Yoga, Jivamukti, and Baptiste Yoga.  From this background, Elisa is able to bring  new themes, experiences and both physical and spiritual challenges to each class. Elisa works to connect with each student to make sure you get what you need and more!  Elisa has been teaching for five years and averages teaching five classes per week.

Elisa's credentials include RYT200, with additional certificates in Whole Body Therapeutics, Breath and Bandhas, Innovative Sequencing, and Movement as Medicine.  She is a Yoga Alliance Member, Certified Corporate Trainer, and Project Manager.

We may also bring in a guest yoga instructor and/or meditation leader during the retreat.
